Charlotte has always had a passion for beauty.

Her attention to detail & wellbeing led her to study beauty & holistic after the birth of her son.

Very soon she became a therapist at the five star, award-winning Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Blackburn, specialising in massages & luxury facials alongside developing a interest in Reiki. After spending two years there, she feelt she was ready to go further in her career.

Charlotte then became Manager at Beauty Tonic in Didsbury. This opportunity opened a new door for her & she quickly built up her own clients & created a real bond with them. As a result of her hard work, she was promoted to Area Manager & managed five salons. She fully enjoyed managing & after building up her own confidence, she decided to setup her own salon. Charlotte bought Beauty Tonic 7b Nicolas Rd in Chorlton in 2019 and made it her own - L'Exquise.
